Palazzo Masino

Palazzo Masino, located in the heart of Turin between Via Arsenale and Via Alfieri, is a prestigious 17th-century historic building undergoing a major restoration project. Originally an aristocratic residence, the palace has been transformed into a luxury residential complex, maintaining the elegance and architectural splendor of the past. The restoration involved decorative elements such as friezes, columns and sculptures, bringing back its 17th-century grandeur. The new apartments range from studios to four-room apartments, some arranged on multiple levels, and are designed to blend historic elements with contemporary comfort. There are penthouses conceived as exclusive spaces with large terraces that will allow for panoramic views of the city's historic center. The project also envisages the creation of high-quality common spaces equipped with dedicated services for residents, as well as the integration of distinctive architectural elements at the building's entrance and along the internal distribution paths, with the aim of emphasizing the formal language of the entire architectural complex.

Carlo Felice

The apartment occupies the roof of the building located along central Rome Street. It takes the form of a square-plan "Turret" developed on two floors. On each of the four sides large full-height windows offer a 360-degree panoramic view of the city and the surrounding hillside also allowing natural light to become a key component of the design. The lower floor is dedicated to the living area. Full-height volumes in the living room alternate with a central area organized as a kind of functional "box" that houses the service areas and guest bathroom. This approach contributes to a circularity in the living space, which revolves around the central volume. A wooden paneling with integrated doors and finish equal to the parquet masks the volume, blending harmoniously with the environment and creating visual continuity. Upstairs is the sleeping area with bedrooms arranged along the sides of the floor plan separated by a central area dedicated to services, master vestiaire and bathrooms. The flat roofing accentuates the "box" effect of the entire house, giving cohesion and continuity to the whole.

Riberi 6

The building is located in the historical Turin city Center, in a position overlooking the Mole Antonelliana, historical architectural symbol of the city. The project consists in the renovation of a historical building, maintaining the volumes and structural features, leaving the facades unaltered on the road. For coverage, a more contemporary aspect was chosen. The building mainly keep residential use. The internal courtyard has been divided into private gardens connected to the respective units of relevance.

Via Monti

The apartment is located in a very central area of Milan a few steps from Sempione Park and Castello Sforzesco. The renovation aims to open the pre-existing spaces by putting them in correlation with each other through a long curved corridor with boiserie made to design that hides the access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Walking along the entire length of the corridor, one reaches the living area with the kitchen separated from the dining area and the living room with a large sliding glass window. The project saw the transformation of the space through a careful choice of materials used for the wall coverings, furniture and with a careful choice of colors for all rooms. The spaces thus carved out meet daily needs, and the warm harmonious hues give the complex balance and lightness.

Palazzo Scarampi

This project reimagines an existing interior space in Turin, transforming it into a contemporary residential environment through a careful process of architectural renewal. The intervention introduces a new spatial structure that improves functionality, enhances natural light, and creates a more fluid connection between living areas. The floors were entirely replaced with fine solid oak, finished on site, whose installation pattern lends a touch of modernity while visually warming each room. The bathrooms represent the pinnacle of refinement: clad in fine marble, they seamlessly combine aesthetics and functionality, with the master bathroom conceived as a true private spa, enhanced by a chromotherapy system dedicated to total well-being.

Particular attention is given to materials, with a deliberate selection of high-end finishes such as Salvatori marbles, a bespoke kitchen by Valcucine, and refined bathroom accessories by GESSI.
